Welcome to Gleem.AI, a product developed by Gleem.AI LTD, situated in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. This Agreement delineates the terms and conditions governing the use of our mobile application (“App”) and its associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively referred to as "Services").
2. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing Gleem.AI, you express your consent to these terms and conditions. Users below the age of 13 are forbidden from using our services. We may alter these terms at any moment. Your ongoing use of Gleem.AI signifies your approval of any modifications to these terms.
3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for comprehensive information regarding how we gather, employ, and safeguard your personal information.
4. Account Registration and Security
To completely utilize our Services, you might be required to create an account. You agree to provide precise, up-to-date, and comprehensive information during the registration process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy, currency, and completeness. You are solely accountable for safeguarding your password and for any actions performed under your account.
5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, slanderous, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all materials, including but not limited to images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written and other materials that are part of our Services are copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual properties owned by Gleem.AI LTD.
7. User Generated Content
For Gleem.AI to provide you with the Service and related technology, we will process and use the photos you upload to generate Avatars and Images. The photos will only be used for generating avatars and images and not for any other purposes such as training AI models, advertising, or third-party usage (please refer to Privacy Policy to learn more).
You retain all rights to your original photos and the final images generated by the app. By uploading photos, you grant us a temporary license to use the photos for the sole purpose of generating Avatars and Images. The user will hold complete rights, including commercial rights, to the generated images. The user is free to edit, modify, sell, or use these images in any desired manner. We do not claim any ownership rights to the user generated content.
8. Data Handling and Protection
User photos and associated image data are stored for processing and are deleted once the Gleem.AI account is deleted. We do not view, share, reuse, or use uploaded photos to train AI models beyond the purpose of creating Avatars and generating Images. All photos and image data are deleted from our servers when you decide to delete your account or delete your Avatars. We prioritize your privacy and have implemented measures to ensure the security of your photos and generated images.
9. Limitation of Liability
Gleem.AI LTD is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gleem.AI LTD and our employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your misuse of our Services, including but not limited to the violation of these Terms of Service.
11. Termination
Gleem.AI LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Service.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Gleem.AI, a product by Gleem.AI LTD. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App").
2. Information We Collect (Data Definition)
We collect information you provide to us directly and certain information that is automatically collected. For example, we collect data when you start using the App, create an account, use app features such as creating an Avatar and generating Images, report incorrect image, and when request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of personal data we may collect include your user ID, email, photos uploaded by you, usage details, and any other information about you that you choose to provide depending on which features you use.
3. How We Collect Information (Data Collection)
Your information is collected when you use the App, create an account, and use features to create Avatars and Images. We also use tracking technologies such as cookies, log files, and pixel tags to automatically collect information about the app usage when you use our App.
If you grant permission to access your camera or device’s photo library, Gleem.AI will process and use the photos uploaded by you to generate Avatars and Images. These photos will only be used for the sole purpose of generating Avatars and Images and not for any other purposes like training AI models, advertising, or third-party usage.
We will use AI technology to process and analyze your photos to identify facial elements and use it to create your digital AI Avatar and generate Images. We won’t use AI technology to identify or authenticate people. All photos and image data associated with your account are deleted permanently from our servers immediately when you either delete the Avatars, delete generated Images, or delete your Gleem.AI account.
4. How We Use Your Information (Purpose of Data Use)
We use your information for various purposes such as providing the Service and improving our App, personalizing your experience, understanding how our App is being used, providing customer support, and for administrative purposes like enforcing our Terms of Service. We use photos uploaded by the user solely for the purpose of creating avatars and images within the app. The photos are not used for analyzing and profiling users.
5. How We Share Your Information (Data Sharing)
We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that provide services on our behalf, such as helping us operate our App. We will only share your information if required by law, to protect ourselves and others, or with your consent. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share your app usage details and device information with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to optimize app features and improve your experience.
6. User Choices and Opt-Outs
Our App may provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of having your information used for certain purposes. You may also request the deletion of your user information by contacting us.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the App. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our data is stored in a secure data center where standard security measures, such as surveillance, physical security, and security guards, are in place. No external access to the stored data is possible.
9. Photo Data
We do not view, modify, or reuse photos that users upload to the App. Photos are used solely to provide the service and are not shared with third parties. The photos are stored in a secure data center until the user decides to delete the Avatars, associated images or the Gleem.AI account.
10. International Data Transfers
Our App is available to users around the world. By using our App, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information to our facilities in the country where our company is located and to those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.
11. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our App's services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Photos and image data associated with the user account are stored securely on our servers until you decide to either delete your Avatars, delete generated images associated with your Avatars, or delete your Gleem.AI account. Deleting your Gleem.AI account will immediately delete all your photos and image data permanently.
You can delete your Gleem.AI account through the app settings or by contacting us at support@gleem.ai.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by sending you an email.
